CUSTOM STAGING QUOTE
After receiving your request, we preview the home and email you a quote. For certain properties, we can quote prior to a site visit. Our quote includes month-to month rental pricing. We expect your home sells quickly and don’t require long-term rental contracts.
CONTRACT AND PAYMENT
Once you accept the quote and we agree on the date of your staging, we email our contract for your electronic signature as well as an online payment link for the deposit. Everything is automated and easy to complete.
DESIGN, PACK AND PREP
Now that your job is officially scheduled on our calendar, we start working on your design plan, tagging your furniture, selecting art and decor, and otherwise preparing “behind the scenes” for your staging day.
STAGING DAY
Our team arrives at your home ready to stage. By the time they leave, your property is transformed into a beautiful space ready for buyers. We complete all stages in one business day, and you can schedule photographers as soon as the following morning.
