wowed! is one of the larger and more established home staging companies in the DMV. Over the years, we have been working with home owners, realtors and investors to stage thousands of properties of all sizes, styles and prices in Washington DC, Suburban MD (Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Silver Spring, Rockville, Potomac, Kensington) and Northern VA.
For every project, our guiding mission is to get sellers the highest price for their homes in the shortest period of time all for the smallest cost possible.
Our team consists of five professional stagers and a moving crew of six. We operate out of a large Maryland warehouse that is stocked with an extensive inventory of furniture and decor. We frequently update with new and on-trend pieces in a variety of styles and colors for upcoming projects.

Laura Zuckerman is wowed’s Owner and Principal Designer.
Laura strongly believes in the highest degree of professionalism and client responsiveness. After graduating from Georgetown Law School, Laura worked at a large New York City law firm. She later became part owner of a start-up business intelligence firm in this area, which she and her partners ultimately sold to a public company.
In 2006, Laura decided to merge her skills serving clients with her love for real estate and design. She went on to study Interior Design and Color Theory and worked for a DC interior designer. Before starting wowed!, Laura received her staging certification from Home Staging Resource, the first accredited home staging training program in the country.

We are a professional full service home staging company and own all of our furniture and decor. Our warehouse is filled with beautiful things to make your house shine. Our stagers are our employees, and we have an experienced moving crew with trucks on staff. By not outsourcing our product or labor, we have total control over the quality of our stagings and can provide exceptional client service for each and every job.

We stage hundreds of home per year, which means we keenly understand buyer psychology, design and decor trends, and the real estate market. We are not a furniture rental company, and we leave selling homes to realtors and designing them to designers. Our team is 100% focused on staging occupied and vacant homes every day.

We have developed tried and true processes so things run smoothly from start to finish. Each staging job requires hours of planning not to mention dealing with multiple moving parts. Our experience means things get done quickly, on time and on budget.

We know how to get our clients the best bang for their staging buck. We are mindful of budgets and able to show off a home’s features in the best light for the lowest cost. This includes offering 30 day minimum contracts so you don’t have to pay more than you need.

The vast majority of our clients are under contract before the end of the first month. Many homes get bid up with multiple offers.
